Tanya was instrumental in the purchase of our home in February of 2025. My husband and I are relocating from St. Louis and, when I first met Tanya back in August of 2024, I was very overwhelmed with all the real estate intricacies of Texas and what homes are like here. She was very informative and listened to what my husband and I were looking for to help us get set up for a home search.
In December of 2024, she helped us navigate the offer we put on a home and was very knowledgeable helping us get set up with a selection of Texas mortgage brokers. She did a virtual walk-through of the house with us and was very thorough with us during the contract process. It was much appreciated during the busy holiday season, even though we decided not to proceed on that contract.
In January, we knew we were coming down to go house hunting to see several properties, but there was a home that had been taken off the market during the holidays that we were interested in. Tanya had no problem calling the selling agent for that home to see what the status was on the property. We were able to tour the home while we were in Texas before it went back on the market. Thank goodness we did, because we made an offer and were able to purchase the house before it hit the market again.
This purchase wasn’t without snags and, when we did our final walkthrough before closing, we found some major issues that hadn’t been there during our first tour of the home. Tanya was on it right away, getting in touch with the selling agent and keeping us posted with progress of the repairs. I truly believe we have this house because of her. She is extremely personable and made us feel more comfortable in the home purchase process. I can’t recommend her enough.

In another instance she helped me negotiate and (I'm sorry Tanya!) took a little bit of extra time out of her personal life to make sure I was in position for a bidding war that we were both relieved fell through. (Fell through due to my limitations and the sellers lack of transparency). All this to say... You can really tell how much of a quality professional this woman is. Not every realtor will be as knowledgable or detail oriented and tailors to your needs as her. She was such an excellent person to have on my side to evaluate costs and investment. (Especially because I know nothing of DFW! I continuously get emails to this day about how much my home is appreciating)

Tanya is one of the best agents we have ever worked with, and she went above and beyond to find us a house in North Texas. Tanya is the best and was excellent with helping me sell my house! My case was unique because I did not want to move twice – meaning, sell my house and rent until I found a new home. I wanted to sell my existing home and move right into my new home. Risky yes, but we did just that. Tanya perfectly timed when I needed to list my house for sale, and her marketing skills were phenomenal as there were over 40 private showings and non-stop traffic during our open house. All I know is 4 days after it listed, I had 8 offers on the table and needed to decide which to accept.
There’s no doubt that without Tanya’s (1) pricing strategy, (2) recommendations to declutter our home and (3) her professional stager/photographer, our home wouldn’t have moved so quick. She also helped us select a trusted inspector for our new home, which helped us to find and address items we would not have seen.
I would be remiss if I did not also speak of Tanya’s character and professionalism. She was always trustworthy, friendly and reliable. My emails/text were never ignored, and she was quick with addressing every question I had.
